The Darling Wine Region

Darling is an independent Wine of Origin District on South Africa's West Coast, around 70 kilometres north of Cape Town. Until 2003, Darling was part of the neighbouring Swartland region before being declared a district in its own right. The best-known ward within the district is Groenekloof, which lies especially close to the Atlantic and is known for its cooling sea breezes.[1]
