Das Traubengut wurde leicht angepresst und verbrachte vor der kühlgeregelten Fermentierung lediglich einen minimalen Zeitraum auf der Haut, um den dezenten und subtilen Apricot-Ton, den zarten Stil und eine frische Aromatik im Wein zu erhalten. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung verbrachte der Wein für ein schönes Gewicht am Gaumen und ein schönes Mundgefühl noch einige Monate auf der feinen Hefe, bevor er für den fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
