The Groote Post Seasalter Sauvignon Blanc 2025 offers pronounced aromas of fresh apple, passion fruit, and blackcurrant, backed by distinct minerality and oceanic notes enriched with delicate oak layers. This wine presents a dry, medium-bodied experience, characterized by vibrant, lingering acidity. Rich tropical fruit flavors elegantly meld with a strong mineral structure, leading to a lengthy, fruit-forward finish. 90 % Sauvignon Blanc, 10 % Semillon. 30 % des Sauvignon Blanc wurden in 300-Liter-Fässern aus französischer Eiche vergoren und acht Monate lang gereift. Die übrigen Bestandteile wurden in Edelstahltanks vergoren und auf der Feinhefe belassen.
