Vineyard Fairview Estate
Located in the famous Paarl wine region, Fairview is a third generation family owned and operated winery producing fantastic wines and handmade goat cheese.
There has always been a close relationship between the people who own and work the vineyards and the land itself, which provides the valuable raw materials. The Goat Tower is a famous landmark on the estate. The few goats that are allowed to call this tower their home only represent the farm's herd of over 1000 animals.
Fairview's award-winning wines are presented under four different wine lines: Limited Release (expressive wines from the best vintages), Fairview Range (a large selection of consistently top-quality grape varieties), La Capra (varietal wines full of fruit and vitality) and last but not least Goats do roam (cuvées made from grapes from different growing regions).
