Fairview La Beryl Blanc Straw Wine 2024 is a remarkable dessert wine crafted from the aromatic Muscat de Frontignan and Chenin Blanc grapes. Its intense bouquet reveals aromas of ripe apricots, honey, and fresh citrus. The palate offers a seductive blend of tropical fruits and zesty citrus notes, beautifully rounded out by a silky texture and refreshing acidity.
La Beryl Blanc Straw Wine gehört zu den hundert besten Weinen des Kaps. Die perfekt gereiften Trauben werden geerntet und danach werden sie zu einer gut belüfteten Schuppe transportiert und sorgfältig auf strohgefütterten Trockengestellen ausgelegt. Es dauert drei bis vier Wochen bis die Trauben rosininenartig ausgetrocknet sind und bis zu 75% ihrer Feuchtigkeit verloren haben.Dann erst wird gepresst und die kühle Fermentierung findet in Stahltanks statt.
