On the picturesque Stellenbosch Wine Route, with panoramic views of Table Mountain, Table Bay and False Bay, lies the modern Zevenwacht Winery with a history dating back 300 years.

The Dutch name Zevenwacht literally means "Seven Expectations", and metaphorically illustrates the abundant delights that await visitors to the farm.

Known for his fine handcrafted wines, distinguished by elegance and classic style, winemaker Jacques Viljoen cherishes the centuries-old traditions of the wine craft, while being highly innovative and welcoming the contribution of modern technology to the production of his premium wines, and his success proves him right.
