Dieser Preigekrönte Wein wurde in Edelstahltanks vergoren bevor er zur malolaktischen Umwandlung in 225 L Eichenfässer gefüllt wurde. Der Wein reifte 14 Monate in französicher Eiche, wurde verschnitten und die endgültigen Komponente wurden nochmals vor der Abfüllung vier Monate im Fass gelagert.
