The Spier Signature Chardonnay captivates with its delicate golden hue and hints of green. It opens up with enticing aromas of ripe peaches, crisp apples, and juicy pears. Das Traubengut für den Spier Signature Chardonnay fermentierte unter Zugabe ausgewählter Hefekulturen temperaturkontrolliert in Tanks aus Edelstahl. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein noch weitere zwei Monate auf der feinen Hefe, bevor er zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde. 5% des Weins fermentierten in Fässern aus französischer Eiche.
