The Protea Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 from Anthonij Rupert showcases a vibrant bouquet of red fruits, succulent summer cherries, and rich dark plums, elegantly interlaced with subtle vanilla nuances. On the palate, it reveals a lush, juicy mouthfeel, complemented by intriguing layers of cedar box, sweet almonds, and graphite. Both free-run and pressed wine matured for 12 months in French oak staves and stainless steel tanks before bottling.
