The Morgenster Nabucco Nebbiolo is a stunning representation of this noble Italian grape. With a vivid bouquet of black cherries, concentrated raspberry notes, and delicate hints of grenadine, it captivates the senses alongside earthy undertones of thyme and lavender. The grapes were fermented in stainless steel tanks, with the cap regularly punched down by hand. After fermentation, the wine matured for 18 months in French oak, with 5% new wood and 95% third-fill barrels. A true single vineyard gem!
