Vineyard Kleine Zalze
Kleine Zalze is located just 3 km outside of Stellenbosch in the heart of the Cape Winelands. The winery combines excellent wines with inspiration and enjoyment. The wines of Kleine Zalze are characterised by classical structure and complexity, with an intense aroma. With an unmistakable South African style, Kleine Zalze wines are refreshing, wonderfully balanced and an excellent food accompaniment. They are produced using traditional methods with minimal intervention in the winery processes, but supported by modern equipment.
Plant manager Henning Retief and winemaker Schalk du Toit form the basis of Kleine Zalze's award-winning wine portfolio. The excellent quality of the grapes is guaranteed by sustainable viticulture methods.
