Das Traubengut wurde bei Ankunft in der Kellerei komplett entrappt, zerquetscht und bei kühl geregelter Temperatur in Tanks aus Edelstahl fermentiert. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung verbrachte der Wein acht Monate lang auf der Hefe und wurde anschließend zum fertigen Genuss auf die Flasche gefüllt.
