The Goats do Roam White gleams in the glass with a bright, fresh green hue, exuding sophisticated aromas of white flowers, crisp Granny Smith apples, ripe pineapple, and Mediterranean peaches. On the palate, it presents a harmonious medium body, vibrant acidity, fine minerality, and enticing flavors of stone fruits and fresh citrus. This wine is a delightful take on the classic Rhône blend!
Die unterschiedlichen Rebsorten wurden entrappt und leicht gequetscht. Die Kaltgärung fand in Tanks aus Edelstahl statt, woraufhin die einzelnen Weine sechs Monate lang separat auf der Hefe reiften. Nach Abschluss der Reifung wurden die Weine verschnitten und auf die Flasche gefüllt.
