The Savage Follow the Line Cinsault showcases a captivating and intricate aromatic profile, where floral notes of rose and cherry blossom collide with hints of dried lavender, sun-ripened red berries, and a dash of aromatic pepper. Earthy undertones, along with hints of raspberry and herbal Fynbos, add dimension to this charming aromatic experience. This luxurious wine is meticulously produced from 41-year-old bush vines and features a 6% co-fermented Syrah for added complexity.
Das Traubengut für diesen eleganten Tropfen (89 % Cinsault, 11% Syrah) durchlief nach Abschluss der Gärung in Tanks aus Edelstahl die malolaktische Fermentierung in Ton Aphoren sowie alten Fässern aus französischer Eiche mit einer Füllmenge von 500 l pro Fass. Anschließend reifte der Wein weitere zehn Monate in größeren Eichenfässern ( Foudres) mit einer Füllmenge von 1500 L – 2000 L pro Fass.
