The Delaire Graff Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2022 enchants with its silky texture and extraordinary complexity. This wine presents prominent notes of cassis, ripe black fruits, and delicate spices, embodying a robust character. This outstanding Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with utmost care. After meticulous hand harvesting, whole berry fermentation took place. Following fermentation, gentle pressing in a traditional basket press was performed, and the resulting wine was matured in French barriques, of which 80% were new oak. After 16 months of aging, only the finest barrels were blended.
