The Delaire Graff Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve 2022 enchants with its silky texture and extraordinary complexity. This wine presents prominent notes of cassis, ripe black fruits, and delicate spices, embodying a robust character. Dieser erstklassige Cabernet Sauvignon wurde mit größter Sorgfalt produziert. Nachdem das Traubengut per Hand verlesen wurde, fermentierte es als ganze Beere. Nach Abschluss der Gärung fand eine sanfte Pressung in der traditionellen Korbpresse statt, woraufhin der dabei gewonnene Wein zur Reifung in französische Barriques gefüllt wurde, von denen 80% Neuholz ausmachten. Nach 16 Monaten Reifezeit wurden ausschließlich die besten Fässer verschnitten.
