Bizoe Henriëtta is an exceptional white wine blend from Franschhoek, crafted from Semillon and Elgin-origin Sauvignon Blanc. This wine entices with beguiling aromas of juicy nectarine, lemon crème, pineapple, and quince, complemented by hints of wild herbs. A well-structured acidity and fruity essence, paired with a subtle creaminess and spicy undertones, offer an elegant and harmonious tasting experience.
Named in honor of Rikus’s mother, this wine celebrates her lifetime achievements.
Das Traubengut für diese hochdotierte Cuvée wurde in den frühen Morgenstunden handgelesen und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei mit großer Sorgfalt für den weiteren Produktionsverlauf ausgelesen und sortiert. Nach dem Pressen wurde der Saft direkt in ausgewählte Eichenfässer gefüllt, wo der natürliche Fermentierungsprozess seinen Lauf nahm. Nach Abschluss der alkoholischen Gärung verbrachte der Wein noch sieben Monate auf der Hefe, bevor abgeschöpft und auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
