Beau Constantia Lucca reveals captivating aromas of juicy cherries, wild rosemary, and graceful fynbos, skillfully combining elegance with wonderful depth and complexity awaiting discovery. The grapes, harvested at perfect ripeness, were meticulously hand-selected, berry by berry, for further processing. Following a cold soaking phase, alcoholic fermentation took place alongside additional maceration lasting 25 days. After pressing in traditional basket presses, the wine was transferred to barrels, where it matured for 18 months in small French oak casks, 35% of which were new.
