Beau Constantia Lucca reveals captivating aromas of juicy cherries, wild rosemary, and graceful fynbos, skillfully combining elegance with wonderful depth and complexity awaiting discovery. The palate is graced by a dense concentration of red berry fruit, supported by polished tannins that confer an exceptional structure and texture. Die zur perfekten Reife herangewachsenen Trauben wurden per Hand gelesen und Beere für Beere für den weiteren Produktionsverlauf ausgewählt. Es folgte eine kalte Quellphase, die alkoholische Gärung sowie weitere Quellphasen, welche 25 Tage lang auf der Haut stattfanden. Nach dem Pressen in der traditionellen Korbpresse wurde der Wein in Fässer transferiert. Der Wein reifte 18 Monate lang in kleinen Fässern aus französischer Eiche, von denen 35% Neuholz ausmachten.
