The Zorgvliet Single Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc presents a luminous yellow hue with fresh green reflections. Its bouquet entices with intense notes of gooseberry, complex tropical fruits, citrus blossoms, lime, and green figs. On the palate, this exquisite white wine boasts a full and opulent mouthfeel, complemented by a creamy texture and a vibrant, refreshing acidity. The finish is dry, lengthy, and exquisitely refined, highlighting the high quality derived from its certified single vineyard origin.
Das Traubengut wurde komplett entrappt und zerstoßen, woraufhin ein sechs Stunden langer Aufenthalt auf der Haut erfolgte. Anschließend wurde der Saft abgepresst, einer zweitägigen Kaltquellphase bei geregelten 8°C unterzogen und mit ausgewählten Hefen versetzt, um die Fermentierung in Gang zu setzen. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein sechs Monate lang auf der feinen Hefe, um ein Maximum an Komplexität und Cremigkeit in den Wein zu übertragen. 5% wurde im Fass vergoren, um das Mundgefühl zu verbessern.
