Presenting a luminous lime-green color with hints of yellow, the Zorgvliet Silver Myn Sauvignon Blanc captivates the senses. The bouquet reveals layered aromas of green tropical fruits such as green melon, kiwi, and fig, reflecting the distinctive Banghoek terroir. It boasts a racy crispness balanced by moderate acidity that offers a revitalizing finish. On the palate, this wine is robust, leading to a mineral aftertaste enriched with fig elements. The inclusion of a hint of Semillon contributes additional fullness, enhancing its layered complexity.
Die Trauben wurden gepresst und entrappt. Es wurde etwas Hautkontakt gegeben und der Saft wurde dann gepresst und zwei Tage bei 8 °C kalt geklärt. Danach wurde er mit einem Hefestamm inokuliert und bei 16 °C vergoren. Nach der Gärung wurde der Wein auf der Feinhefe gelassen, woraufhin er zur Abfüllung filtriert wurde.
