This sophisticated blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, the Zorgvliet Silver Myn Argentum, reveals an exquisite aroma of plums complemented by subtle spice notes of cinnamon. The palate is enriched with layers of black cherry and mulberry, harmonizing with spice nuances and culminating in a well-integrated tannin structure. A fruit-dominant and smooth wine, ideal for everyday enjoyment.
The grapes were hand-harvested and sorted in stainless steel tanks. Spontaneous fermentation began, followed by gentle pressing. The wine was then transferred to small French oak barrels and 4600L oak foudres for malolactic fermentation, completing the process after 12 months.
