This sophisticated blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot, the Zorgvliet Silver Myn Argentum, reveals an exquisite aroma of plums complemented by subtle spice notes of cinnamon. The palate is enriched with layers of black cherry and mulberry, harmonizing with spice nuances and culminating in a well-integrated tannin structure. A fruit-dominant and smooth wine, ideal for everyday enjoyment.
Die Trauben wurden von Hand geerntet und die Beeren in Edelstahltanks sortiert. Die Fermentation begann spontan. Die Trauben wurden schonend gepresst und sofort in kleine französische Eichenfässer und 4600L Eichenfuder umgefüllt, wo sie die malolaktische Fermentation stattfand. Die Abfüllung erfolgte nach 12 Monaten.
