The Zonnebloem Cabernet Sauvignon reveals a deep ruby color in the glass, presenting an array of aromas reminiscent of cigar box, ripe cherries, blackberries, and a hint of clove spice. Das Traubengut wurde 10 – 12 Tage lang auf der Haut vergoren, woraufhin die eine Hälfte des Weins nach Abschluss der Gärung in 300 L Fässern aus französischer Eiche reifte, und die andere Hälfte unter Einsatz französischer und ungarischer Eichenstave im Edelstahltank geholzt wurde.
