The Windmeul Reserve Pinotage 2022 enchants with a layered aroma of creamy coconut, luscious blackberry, blueberry compote, and richly roasted coffee beans. This wine is full-bodied and velvety on the palate, offering a delicious complexity that leads to a lingering, silky finish enriched with notes of chocolate. Its remarkable intensity and structure are elegantly softened by time spent in oak barrels and bottle, making it a distinguished selection!
The grapes for the Windmeul Pinotage Reserve underwent fermentation in open-top fermenters at controlled temperatures of 26°C. The wine then matured for 18 months in French barriques.
