Die Trauben wurden per Hand gelesen und fermentierten bei Ankunft in der Kellerei temperaturgeregelt in Tanks aus Edelstahl. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein zehn Monate in dritt- sowie viertbefüllten Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Ein Teil des Weins blieb ungeholzt.
