The Tall Horse Cabernet Sauvignon enchants with its approachable character, showcasing a ruby red brilliance in the glass. Aromas of juicy dark forest berries and black currants emerge on the nose, complemented by fruity berry pastilles and harmonious oak spice. On the palate, this wine presents a full-bodied and juicy experience with a long, smooth finish.
Through the Lightweight-Glass-Project, Tall Horse has set a new benchmark: a reduction of 120 kg CO₂ for every 1,000 bottles. A delight that brings joy while being environmentally conscious.
The alcoholic fermentation lasted seven days at controlled temperatures between 24°C and 28°C on the skins. After fermentation, the young wine matures for three months in a tank featuring French oak staves.
