The Flagship Red from Stellenbosch Vineyards captures the essence of its origin. It displays a profound ruby color, with captivating aromas of black cherries and blackcurrants that invite exploration. The palate delivers a juicy, full-bodied experience, revealing subtle hints of sweet spices and plum, culminating in refined notes of dark chocolate and cedar. Die Trauben für diesen besonders edlen Tropfen wurden per Hand gelesen und mit großer Sorgfalt für den weiteren Produktionsverlauf ausgewählt und sortiert. Die Gärung des Traubenguts dauerte drei Wochen lang an und fand in Tanks aus Edelstahl statt. Der Wein reifte unglaubliche 36 Monate in Fässern aus französischer Eiche (60% Neuholz) und wurde vor dem Abfüllen auf die Flasche noch leicht gefiltert.
