The Stellenbosch Reserve Merlot 2023 captivates with a refreshing bouquet of pomegranate, plum, and cherry, enhanced by delicate star anise aromas. Das Traubengut fermentierte in offenen Stahltanks, wobei die Maische viermal täglich untergetaucht wurde, um eine optimale Extraktion von Farbe und Aromen zu gewährleisten. Nach Abschluss der Gärung verblieb der Wein weitere 14 Tage auf der Haut. Die malolaktische Fermentierung fand in Eichenholzfässern statt, in denen der Wein 12 Monate vor Abfüllung auf die Flasche reifte.
