The Spier Creative Block 2 is a meticulously crafted blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon, paying homage to the classic white Bordeaux style. This straw-yellow gem exudes vibrant notes of Cape gooseberry, invigorating lime, and succulent white peaches. With an exotic yet refreshing profile, it reveals delicate hints of Fynbos and white asparagus, leading to a mineral finish that encapsulates youthful exuberance.
Handpicked and sorted in the early morning, the grapes for Spier Creative Block 2 underwent temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. A small proportion of the Sémillon was fermented in barrels, adding to the wine's complexity. It spent six months on the lees post-fermentation.
