Rijk's Touch Pinotage 2023 showcases a striking deep, almost inky color edged with violet. It offers an enticing aroma profile featuring ripe plums, black mulberries, and a veil of cocoa. On the palate, this wine exhibits a sumptuous body where finely honed tannins meet lively acidity, complemented by intense dark fruit character. Das Traubengut wurde per Hand - und nachts geerntet um die Aromen zu bewahren. Vor der Gärung wurde eine 48-stündige Kaltmazeration durchgeführt um die Farbe und Frucht zu extrahieren. Malolaktische Gärung in Fässern und der Wein reifte 20 Monate in zweit-dritt-sowie viert belegten französischen Eichenholzfässern.
