The Rickety Bridge Chardonnay captivates with a lively bouquet of orange blossom, citrus fruits, and hints of delicate nuttiness, accompanied by subtle oak influences. On the palate, it unfolds in a beautifully structured manner, revealing enticing notes of honey, tropical fruits, and a touch of white blossoms, interwoven with caramel and elegant spices, leading to a long, creamy, and mineral finish.
Fermentation occurred between 14 - 17°C in small French oak barrels, with 10% new oak, and followed by weekly battonage over 12 weeks, then weekly for the next seven months. The wine aged for ten months in oak at 15°C.
