Sauvignon Blanc und Semillon fermentiierten in Tanks aus Edelstahl und wurden noch während des Fermentierungsprozesses in französische Barriques umgefüllt, wo die alkoholische Gärung ihren Abschluss fand. Eine malolaktische Gärung im Fass wurde durch die Zugabe von Schwefel unterbunden. Der Wein reifte anschließend 14 Monate lang in zweit- sowie drittbefüllten Fässern und weitere sechs Monate auf der Flasche, bevor er zum fertigen Genuss herausgegeben wurde.
