La Petite Ferme Verdict 2023 represents a remarkable Bordeaux-style cuvée primarily composed of Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon. The Cabernet Sauvignon contributes a solid backbone and classic aromas of blackcurrant, fruitcake, and pencil shavings. In contrast, the Cabernet Franc introduces delightful spice and floral notes. The finish is smooth and slightly savory, lingering elegantly on the palate.

Beide Rebsorten wurden separat vinifiziert und reiften, ebenfalls separat, 12 Monate lang in Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Nach Abschluss der Reifung wurden die Weine verschnitten und reiften weitere 15 Monate im Fass, mit 30% Neuholz, bevor der Blend auf die Flasche gefüllt wurde.
