The bouquet of La Motte Millennium reveals the art of its creation: raspberry notes (Merlot), a touch of herbs (Cabernet Franc), and toffee caramel (oak) harmonize in this exceptional wine to craft a compelling creation. Petit Verdot lends the wine an exquisite hue and warm spices. Exceptionally aromatic, it unfolds earthy freshness from mint and red fruits, followed by intense flavors of ripe blueberries on the palate. The vibrant acidity and delicious toffee sweetness round out the tasting experience. This red wine is juicy and opulent, with a long-lasting, dry, and subtly spiced finish.
Das Traubengut wurde per Hand gelesen und mit groβer Sorgfalt sortiert. Der Gärungsprozess für diesen Wein fand bei einer Temperatur zwischen 25 C°und 30 C°statt. Die malolaktische Fermentierung fand teilweise im Fass statt. Die unterschiedlichen Komponenten für diese Cuveé wurden separat für einen Zeitraum von 12 Monaten in älteren 225l Fässern aus französischer Eiche gereift. Nach Abschluss der Reifung wurden die verschiedenen Weine zur fertigen Cuveé verschnitten.
