The Iona Mr. P Pinot Noir captivates the senses with a rich aroma of ripe strawberries, raspberries, and cranberries, accompanied by delicate notes of moist forest floor and wild mushrooms. The grapes were meticulously hand-harvested and fermented whole-berry in stainless steel tanks at 28°C. The wine was then transferred to older barrels (second and third fill) for malolactic fermentation and aged for 11 months.
