The False Bay Crystalline Chardonnay 2025 presents a seamless blend of elegance and creaminess, characterized by a refreshing and intricate profile. In the glass, it showcases a light straw-yellow color, captivating the olfactory senses with delightful aromas of summer stone fruits, crisp green apple, and lively lime, creating a harmonious bouquet. Das Traubengut für diesen Chardonnay wurde in den frühen Morgenstunden per Hand gelesen und über Nacht auf 12°C runtergekühlt. Die Gärung fand auf natürliche Weise bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur von 16°C bis 18°C ohne Zugabe von kommerzieller Hefe statt. Der Wein reifte anschließend drei Monate lang auf der natürlichen feinen Hefe, um volle Komplexität zu entwickeln.
