The Fairview Goats do Roam Red 2024 showcases a deep garnet color, releasing enticing aromas of fresh raspberries, blueberries, and dark plums, with delicate spice notes. The medium body embraces the palate with juicy berry flavors, hints of pepper, well-integrated oak, and smooth tannins. A masterfully crafted blend of Shiraz, Mourvèdre, Grenache Noir, and Cinsault, it offers a silky and refreshing finish that captivates.
Die Trauben für diese Rotwein-Cuvée wurden nach dem Entrappen leicht zerquetscht und in Tanks aus Edelstahl gegeben. Jede Rebsorte wurde separat vinifiziert. Die Moste wurden mit Rhône-Hefen versehen. Nach der alkoholischen Fermentierung wurden die Weine für die malolaktische Fermentation in Tanks und Fässer gelassen, was um die zwei Monate andauerte. Danach reiften die Weine sowohl in Tanks aus Edelstahl als auch in Fässern aus Eichenholz, bevor die Weine verschnitten, stabilisiert und zum Genuss auf die Flasche abgefüllt wurden.
