This outstanding red wine originates from 28-year-old dryland bush vines, known for producing wines of great intensity.
Treatment in the cellar
The grapes for this premium Pinotage fermented for four days in open tanks at a controlled temperature of 26°C-28°C. After fermentation was complete, the wine was aged for 16 months in carefully selected 225-litre French oak barrels, 40% of which were new.
