The Lomond Merlot Rosé stands out as a seductive classic Provençal rosé, boasting a gentle pink hue. Its aromatic profile unfolds with fresh strawberry fragrances, ripe cherries, and aromatic rose petals, accented by a faint sweet cotton candy note. On the palate, this wine offers a medium body, crisp acidity, and intricate hints of red fruits, ripe strawberries, and delicate spices. A beautifully dry rosé with a pleasingly low alcohol content of 11%.
Das handgelesene Traubengut wurde bei Ankunft im Keller leicht gequetscht, wobei ausschließlich der reine Freilaufsaft für die weitere Produktion verwendet wurde, um die optimale Reinheit von Farbe und Geschmack im Wein zu erhalten. Der Saft wurde über Nacht kühl ruhen gelassen und am nächsten Tag wurde der sich abgesetzte und klare Saft abgestochen, mit ausgewählten Hefen versetzt und anschließend in Edelstahltanks vergoren. Nach Abschluss der Fermentierung wurde der Wein von der Hefe abgestochen und vor Abfüllung noch stabilisiert und gefiltert.
