Rudi Schultz, the talented winemaker, presents the Rudi Schultz Pepper Street Solid Syrah, an exemplary Syrah that captures attention from first glance. Treatment in the cellar
Die Trauben wurden entrappt, ganze Beeren in einen Edelstahltank mit untergetauchtem Tresterhut gepumpt. Zusätzlich wurden 20 % ganze Trauben zur Gärung bei 26 °C hinzugefügt. Nach der Hauptgärung erfolgte eine fünftägige Maischestandzeit, bevor der Wein gepresst und anschließend für 18 Monate in 225 L französischen Eichenfässern ausgebaut wurde (10 % neu, der Rest zweit- und drittbefüllt).
