The Delheim Pinotage captivates with its enticing aroma of luscious dark fruits—ripe blackcurrants, blackberries, and plums emerge from the glass, perfectly complemented by spicy notes of nutmeg and clove. On the palate, it offers a remarkable explosion of juicy red and black fruit, showcasing an elegant, well-structured medium body. Silky tannins create a long, pleasantly dry finish, enriched by subtle oak nuances, making it an extraordinary tasting pleasure!
Die Trauben wurden per Hand gelesen, sortiert und leicht gequetscht. Die Gärung erfolgte in Edelstahltanks bei einer kontrollierten Temperatur von 26°C. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 18 Monate lang in französischen Eichenholzfässern (Füllmenge 300 l / 500 l) und wurde vor Abfüllung verschnitten und leicht filtriert.
