Der Saft der Viognier-Trauben wurde am ersten Tag bei geregelten 13-15°C im Stahltank fermentiert. Nach dem ersten Tag der Gärung wurde der Saft in Eichenfässer umgefüllt, wo die Fermentierung ihren Abschluss fand. Anschließend reifte der Wein neun Monate lang in erst-, zweit- sowie drittbefüllten französischen Barriques und wurde vor dem Abfüllen auf die Flasche noch leicht gefiltert.
