The Spier Creative Block 5 is a refined blend composed of 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 36% Merlot, 7% Cabernet Franc, 6% Petit Verdot, and 1% Malbec. This award-winning wine is celebrated for its balance of rich fruit and elegant structure. The enticing bouquet features aromas of ripe cherries, blackberries, and blackcurrants, complemented by notes of cedar, dark chocolate, and a hint of fennel. On the palate, it exhibits a vibrant structure with dense, finely integrated tannins, making it suitable for both immediate enjoyment and cellar aging.
Das Traubengut wurde per Hand gelesen und sortiert. Die Gärung erfolgte in Edelstahltanks für 21 Tage. Anschließend reifte der Wein 18 Monate lang in 300 Liter französischen Eichenfässern, 60 % neues Holz und zu 40% zweitbefüllt. Eine fachmännische und selektive Verkostung bestimmt diesen harmonischen Blend und gibt diesem Wein die ultimative Balance zwischen Frucht, Eichenextrakt, Gaumenvolumen und Tanninen.
