Die Weine wurden bei 26 Grad vergoren.
Cabernet Sauvignon wurde mit 100 % ganzen Beeren in kleinen 1,5-Tonnen-Tanks vergoren, wobei zweimal täglich ein Unterstoßen erfolgte.
Der Petit Verdot wurde aufgrund seiner festen Tannine von Hand sortiert und mit ganzen Beeren vergoren, wobei alle zwei Tage über 5 Tage hinweg ein Unterstoßen durchgeführt wurde.
