The Lemberg Louis Red Blend harmoniously combines classic Mediterranean varietals from Southern France. With its intense dark color, it seduces with aromas of juicy blueberries and freshly cracked green and black pepper. A fascinating interplay of warm spices and delicate meaty notes unfolds on the palate, complementing the complex nuances of ripe berry fruits. Subtle oak aromas add depth to this cuvée. The finish is elegant, lingering, and smooth.
Das Traubengut für diese traumhafte Cuvée wurde in den kühlen Morgenstunden gelesen und bei Ankunft in der Kellerei Beere für Beere handsortiert und entrappt. Der Anteil an Grenache wurde einer 48-stündigen Kaltquellphase unterzogen, bevor die natürliche Fermentierung einsetzte. Syrah, Mourvedre und Carignan wurden separat mit Hefen versetzt und in Tanks aus Edelstahl vergoren. Syrah und Mourvedre erhielten nach Abschluss der Gärung noch extra zwei Wochen auf der Haut. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurden alle Weine separat ins Fass gepresst und reiften zehn Monate lang in einer Kombination aus 225l-, 300l- und 500l-Fässern aus französischer Eiche. Nach Abschluss der Gärung wurden ausschließlich die besten Fässer verschnitten und für den weiteren Produktionsverlauf zugelassen.
