Das Traubengut für diesen frisch ungeholzten und fruchtbetonten Pinotage wurde bei Ankunft in der Kellerei zunächst entrappt und die Beeren komplett intakt gehalten. Diese „Full Berry Gärung“ fand auf natürlich spontane Art statt. D.h. der Fermentierungsprozess fand ausschließlich durch die auf der Frucht und in der Umgebung natürlich vorkommende Hefe innerhalb der unversehrten Beeren statt, mit minimalem Kontakt auf der Haut.
