The Avondale Cyclus White Blend enchants with a myriad of floral notes, including gentle violets and sun-kissed peaches intertwined with juicy apricots and delicate hints of frangipani. Das Traubengut wurde nach der Lese am ganzen Bund gepresst und fermentierte anschließend auf natürliche Art und Weise in französischen Eichenfässern mit einer Füllmenge von 500 L pro Fass. 20% des Safts fermentierten am ganzen Bund in Amphoren, was bemerkenswerte Vollmundigkeit, Länge und Mineralität in den Wein überträgt. Nach Abschluss der Gärung reifte der Wein 12 Monate lang unter regelmäßigem Aufrühren auf der Hefe.
