The Vondeling Rosé 2025 shines in delicate, romantic pink with hints of orange. Its aroma captivates with a bouquet of fresh raspberries, exotic lychee, passion fruit, and a touch of Turkish honey. On the palate, this rosy dream showcases a refreshing vibrancy with lively red berry notes, floral undertones, and a crisp, fresh finish.
The grape juice was allowed to rest cold, followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine remained completely unoaked and matured on its lees for six months, imparting wonderful complexity.
