The De Krans Premium Moscato Perlé 2025 presents itself with a brilliant yellow hue, reminiscent of the sun, and surprises with its delicate bubbles. The nose teems with heavenly aromas of tropical fruits, fragrant lychee, and ripe apricot, wonderfully enhanced by a touch of muscat. On the palate, the wine reveals a seductive freshness of tropical fruit nuances, muscat hints, and warm notes of sweet honey. A plush finish lingers with subtle hints of exotic spices.
The grapes for this dessert wine were harvested in the early morning at cool temperatures. Upon arrival at the winery, they were destemmed, crushed, and placed in tanks where the juice was carefully separated from the skins. The must was left to settle overnight, and the next day, the clear juice was transferred to stainless steel tanks for fermentation with selected yeast cultures at a controlled temperature of 14°C until the desired dryness was achieved. After fermentation, the wine was blended with muscat juice and CO2 to impart a delightful sweetness and pleasant sparkle.

Lieblich, lecker und wird wieder bestellt!
Dieser Wein ist einer meiner Favoriten. Mit dem leichten Prickeln und der Frische kann man nicht genug von diesem Wein bekommen. Frisch und fruchtig, einfach lecker!
