Thelema Rabelais Magnum is a stunning Bordeaux blend crafted from select grapes that the winery meticulously curates. Only exceptional barrels were chosen to bear the name Rabelais. It entices with its seductive aromas of luscious dark berries, complemented by hints of graphite and cedar. On the palate, it showcases complexity and juiciness, offering a delightful fruit profile with a crisp and enduring finish. This masterpiece is made from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot!
Treatment in the cellar
Handpicked, destemmed, sorted, and crushed, the wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks. After five days and the completion of fermentation, it remained on the skins for an additional two days before being pressed and transferred to barrels for malolactic fermentation. It aged for a total of 20 months in 100% new French oak barrels (225 l) prior to bottling.
